This is a very interesting and good book with many examples and concrete cases. Even if characterized by an intense irony, this book remains a management book because it essentially analizes tools and strategies to improve the quality of the workplaces when infected by "ass-holes".
This book seems to be divided into two parts: the first one is fluid and the topics are sistematically discussed. The second one is maybe mainly based on an "american" approach to these issues as in certain books as "The Keys to becoming a success vendor", "Be always optimist", "Lose weight while eating a lot", etc.
I warmly suggest to read this book above all if you are a manager or an oppressed employee. I have however a bitter statement to make: the approaches described in this book are inapplicable in Italy because if in America an ass-hole is an exception, in Italy they are a rule...
