This is an auto-biography where the author tells with irony his adventurous transformation from a dunce when he was a young student into a professor and writer.
Even if set in a french context, this book has many interesting considerations useful for other realities. In some moments, the author makes interesting reflections over more serious issues as in the case of the role of a school as filter of contemporary society and its diseases.
Surely this is not a masterpeice, but I reccomend its reading above all to young readers.
